At Ape Survival, we stand behind the durability of our gear. If your apparel doesn't meet your tactical needs, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the gear is free of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
